76 atc90 shifting funny

I picked up a very low hour atc90 a couple of weeks ago, it doesn't always go into 3rd and 4th gears with out shifting twice. I took the side cover off, clutch everything looks ok. the roller at the shifter drum keeps popping off to the side while trying to shift into 4th. any body ever have this problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated . thanks

The shift drum stopper is bent and needs replaced , common issue .
