What is a fair price for this trike???

Well I have a chance to pick up another YTM225, what would you guys consider a fair price for it, and what would you offer??? Runs great

I would say the trike is worth more than you think. Just try to bargain a bit. Those are the original tires on it, so it shows little use. BTW, the stock tires wear out quick with burnouts. :-D

Good eye plkmonster2, I hadn't paid that close attention to it. When I checked it out I grabbed the pipe and engine, all cold. Started no choke second pull in 38 degree weather. He said $700 and I said I'd get back to him this week provided he didn't sell it.

Sounds good to me. Notice that mine also has stock tires. My 3 wheeler started fairly quickly last year in 5 degree weather, with electric start and choke. Does the electric start work? Also, slowly pull the motor over, until you reach the bottom of the compression. Give it a swift tug. If the trike is still fairly good as far as the engine, it should put up a good fight with the compression, without the compression release. You will notice it like stop, because the compression is so intense.

You think those forks are bent..... you should see the forks on my Yamahauler Trikeholic salvaged from some guy! Luckily, I had a free frame with forks on it laying around here.

That auction for the 225DX ended in mid January.... Wait.... look at the feedback.... the winner has a feedback of (-1) I've never seen that before!!! So Ryan, he might still be trying to sell it because the buyer might have stiffed him with it.
