85 atc 250r no spark after painting

I repainted the frame and motor and put it back together,no spark. I cleaned all paint from motor mounts and ground. I bought 4 cdi boxes ha2. I get a full kick and the spark is delayed and sparks one time at the end of the full kick.i put in a aftermarket cdi box in and it sparks but it breaks up and bogs mid throttle. I checked and tested over and over. The ohms are there. Maybe I’m missing something. I replaced on/off switch and coil. The oem stator 134ohms. Ricks stator 182ohms. If anybody has any similar issues like this. Please let me know.

Chinese CDI boxes are J-UNK and a waste of time and money. Through them in the trash and by a hondaline CDI Box. Why did you change the box to begin with?

From what you are saying, I would check the mag pickup. This is what sends the signal for the spark to happen. If it is worn or out of adjustment, the spark will be delayed.

No what I said is the CDI is junk if it was after market! I haven't seen ANY of them work if it is Chinese.

ricks stators are junk...you say that word around anyone with a banshee they wont even help you anymore. OEM stuff.
