Looking for a professional opinion on what this frame might be or if anyone has seen one like it? I know of one other one locally that is pretty much the same.

Looks like it started out life as a Nicholson rigid frame and some one added the rear suspension .

I know a SoCal member who has that almost exact same frame. I've never asked him if he knows who made it. I know he is friends with Nick Nicholson.... I have studied it in the past and would say it is a Nicholson if I had to guess but I also see elements of Dickson and Johnson's in it as well. I also dont think it was ever sold in mass production. In seeing the one you have I'm saying very few were made and each were one offs.

Cool motor as well , I’ve had one of those manifolds before and believe that they were made by Bob Williams .
