200es won't move

Just got this 84 200es running and it runs great now, but doesn't go anywhere. I feel it go in gear but feels like it's trying to move just can't. If it's in gear and I move it from High Low Reverse you feel it clicking in but can't move. Not running if you put it in gear and try to roll it you can feel it's in gear. I feel a clutch issue. Should I try adjusting? I just bought it and got it running did a plug carb rebuild and fresh oil

Are you sure it's the engine holding the wheels and not the brake?
