YTM200 rear brake assembly

I just posted in the member intro area, but thought this might be a better place for technical advice.

I just bought a YTM200, my first ATC, I know next to nothing about it. One thing I know that needs fixed is there is no rear brake at all, no disc, cable, caliper, lever, nothing. I need a complete assembly, what all do I need and where's the best place to get everything? Any idea on a fair price I should expect? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Thanks Jwheeler, I'm in N Phoenix. I'm surprised to hear that, I'm not aware of much around here for ATC's.

I think I'm also going to need seat foam and seat cover, I'm having trouble finding OE style foam. I've seen the Hi-flite foam, but it's pretty expensive once you add shipping and they say you have to use their seat cover. I'm hoping there is another less expensive option.
