3 lug hubcap mystery... Big Al's?

So I parted out a YTM200 And 225 years ago and these were mounted on the rear rims covering the axle/hub nut on one of them. Forgot all about them till I was digging through some boxes to clean up a little. Can't find out anything about them on the web either.:wondering Anyone seen them before? Could have been Honda 3 lug as well? Any info is appreciated! Thanks!
