1985 200x misfire

I have a misfire not able to diagnose on my 85 200x.All the simple stuff is correct.Wondering if it is a ignition issue.Tried different coil and cdi.Wondering if it could be the pulse generator,stator,rotor?

I have a misfire not able to diagnose on my 85 200x.All the simple stuff is correct.Wondering if it is a ignition issue.Tried different coil and cdi.Wondering if it could be the pulse generator,stator,rotor?I had trouble with mine once and got up in the pulse generator housing and cleaned out all the rust dust and rust off the pickup and rotor metal and that fixed my problem. It was pretty bad in there though.

You might try that

No loose ground wires?

All clean unfortunatley.Grounds are good.Bike is a new build and hasn't been run much.Ran fine until recently.
