Hey, wondering where is the best place to get a few parts. eBay shipping basically tells me it could take up til April 25th :/
I need a petcock rebuild, or aftermarket petcock and exhaust gasket for the head to headpipe on a 1986 atc 250r shipped to Canada.

Try your local power sports dealers or even a Honda dealer. They stock odds and ends like handle bar grips, I'd think they'd stock petcocks too. Exhaust gasket might be special order or out of production though.

International shipping is probably what you're hitting on ebay, us -> ca though ebay's global shipping system isn't exactly fast.

I've had fair luck with partzilla, sometimes they get back ordered like any dealer, but I'm not sure how their shipping is outside of the us.

Bdt has the petcock rebuild kit and more than likely the exhaust gasket. I also like to use service Honda for oem parts, but I don’t believe they’ll have a petcock rebuild kit.

Xr400 and xr650 use the same petcock rebuild kit to widen your search

Hey. I see you are in Canada.

Have you looked at Fortnine? Based out of Quebec. Free shipping in Canada over $49. I use them quite a bit as shipping sucks to Canada. Fast also. Not sure about to the 'Rock'

I’ll check them out. Local Honda dealership ordered me in the wrong kit... poisoned

If you find the part number(s) you need, it's harder for mistakes to happen =). I've done that before for a local Yamaha dealer before I knew about partzilla.

One thing to remember, getting a bad worker at one location doesn't always mean that location is bad, just that one worker and maybe they were just having a bad day, overly busy etc. Have to remember it's a human across the counter lol.

I live in Canada as well, and buy most my parts from Beatrice Cycle (Dr. ATV). They have really good selection and prices are decent. Yes you have to pay extra as shipping is from the States, but that's to be expected. As mentioned FortNine is a local option, but I find they don't have a whole lot of selection.
