*** Honda atc250r rear grab bar & handlebar question ***

Hello all,

Quick question - OEM rear grab bar on a '85 Honda atc250r - how was the black finish applied?? Not sure what the finishing process was called.

Also - what type of black finish was applied to the OEM handlebars when new?? Powdercoated??

To my knowledge, both parts came from the factory in black paint. I PCed them on my rebuild and they look perfect.
