engine is out of the 350 and tore down bike is stripped sending crank out for new rod and bearings..how important is the gusset kit for the 350 I'm not a huge jumper and just plan on it being a runner.
trying to work a deal on another 2 machines. my wife going to kill me

If OEM is available just buy them separately, you can’t beat a factory Honda seal .

The thing is if you don't gusset and the frame cracks, which is likely, it's then junk. You have to preserve the integrity of the frame before any issues occur.

Short line if Hoda seals are so good maybe I’ll just reuse them. Lol
Fab I met a few years back I have a video of you and deep a drag racing and you almost side swiped him. Do you think the frames are that weak that I should gusset it? And what’s the easiest kits I really don’t want to modify anything when I re build this thing. I’ve read about intake issues not linking up. Plan on just trail riding no jumps

I believe I have every seal for the 350X engine, dual lipped, spring backed seals.
Been using them from cranks to swing arms for years.
Countershaftft bearing and seal are discontinued, needle bearings in the clutch cover, got those too...
And I would throw some gussets on there at the left vertical frame tube/motor mount and the seat pin/grommet holes. Those are 90% of the failures.....

KFX Shawn!! Dude you should come riding again. My opinion is yes, I'd definitely gusset for sure. Share the video please if you can!

Fab there’s a few videos on my you tube page of three wheelers of deepa and paul
I still have that Kfx it’s been a wonderful machine as far as reliability I just upgraded my snowmobile so spent my three wheeler cash stash I got to get this 350x engine back together.
