Is this really a 1987 200x?

no, it's not an 87. it looks like an 85 but may be an ealier model than that

It looks like an 85 200X. Its not a 86 or 87.

I sent this ebayer an email letting him know that it wasnt a 87 200x.

That just makes you wonder what parts they used for the "new top end". The '87 engine is completely different.

It's an 85. At least the plastic is from an 85. Had one just like it but in much better shape from '88-'90. BTW, that looks like a factory 350X front tire. :rolleyes:

the motor is and older modle too look at the sproket cover. there was an 87 on e-bay tho just the other day.
