Need 83-84 250r Swingarm Bolt Measurement ASAP

I need to know the diameter of the smooth part of the pivot bolt. The thread size is 14mm, but apparently the shouldered part of the bolt is slightly larger. Anyone who gets me this measurement will receive $10 off a set of any bushing I make.

Its the same as the 85-86 250r.This is the 85-86 250r
pivot bolt in the 83 swingarm. 248117

Bryan ,The 81-82 250r has the same diameter pivot bolt as the 83-86 250r. Also has the same size needle pivot bearing as the 85-89 250r.
