i rescently aquired this tri z, i was told it had some tranny issues but i thought i had it fixed. i was testing it out, i made a few passes and it ran great then i started to down shift and it started acting up!! hit 3rd and that was it locked tranny right up. looks like it does have a bent shift fork. bummer back to the drawing board. looks like im going to have to take it apart again . it left me stranded had to walk home. i knew i should just stick to my honda,s lol

My tri z has been the most reliable trike and I beat the hell out of it. I might have a lucky one no idea.

I’d like to find a complete Tri Z without an engine, or with a blow one.

Why not fix it? I bet Nico has piles of shift forks and tranny parts laying around his shop by now.
