i wondering my friend has one and he just got a big bore in it and was wondering will it be a good duner? he has heard they really break down at the dune? its air cooled and shaft driven :?

they make great trail/play bikes but i dont think they would be all that good in the dunes

Yea i doubt they'd do good at all on the dunes.

No...they would not be a good dune trike. They simply dont have the power or suspension. They would be great just to putt around the dunes...say for a night ride or so...but you wont be winning ANY races :D

There's a 250r in the classified section for sale that used to be one of my trikes. If they had not thrashed it, it was a real nice 83. I used to ride it all the time, very dependable. Its one of the reasons I'm building my aircooled bike now. If I would of known they were going to sell it cheap, I would of bought it back. lol

yea that would have been nice. well atleast i got me some things accomplished today i fixed my moms atc and runs great now.. though i need new bearings and seals on it soon and new tires!!!BADLY :x
