350x lighting stator

I am getting my 85 350X ready to go to the dunes so i put a whip that has a light on top.How big of a bulb can i use without overpowering my lighting stator? The holder looks like it holds a 1156 bulb what is the maximum output of that stator? :?

I believe the stator is a 200W unit. Probably a 5 watt or 10 watt incadesant lamp would do the trick or even a L.E.D. might work also for ya.
