Offer him his asking price and be grateful for a super bargain. Ive had guys offer me less than the asking price for things I knew were practically a giveaway. I get insulted, and raise the price. Ive even turned people away who were willing to meet my original asking price because I really get offended when I offer somebody a super deal, and then they return the favor by still try to screw me. My suggestion is to jump on the super bargian and leave your greed at home. There is no honor is taking advantage of somebody who is already treating you way beyond well.

If it runs well, then $250 is a good price. I have a 125 and it is fun to ride.
