another questiona on my 200x carb

ok its a 85 200x. on the needle jet the one with the one chamefered end, that faces the needle jet holder. looks liek soemoen put a philips head screwd driver in there and left soem little id dents and liek made it a rounded edge square but its not bad. woudl this mess up the rich ness and leanness of my carb?



and wich way do i turn the pilot jet to make it leaner?

Yes it would. Pilot jet comes out or goes in, there is no adjustment. You need to replace it
