85 ATC 250R & 38mm Keihin air striker carb????

I have one of these 38 mm Air Striker and was wondering how to set it up for my 85 R. My R is ported and high compression with aftermarket FMF silencer and pipe. What would be a good jet setup? I am at or just above sea level.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I am on the other side of the world here on sea level,, i run a 55 pilot and a 170 main,,, as for the slide,, needle and needle jet i am not sure of there #'s

I just bought a new one and will check to see what size jets are in it and go with middle setting on the clip and see if that makes it run better than the stock Round slide 34 mm that is on there. It feels like the motor is starving from mid range up so maybe this will fix the problem.
