Hi all,
I picked up a 1980 Honda atc 185 a few weeks ago. I like the bike a lot, I just now want to make the bike more of a flat track bike. I want to keep the bike old school sence it is pre 250r. I was thinking of using a 200x front end if its a drect fit. Any one on here modify one of these bikes? I know back in the 80s before the 250r came out it looks like they did. I also saw a post on here about HI Performance ATC's and the cool 185 they had back then. Thats just one of my Ideas I'm also thinking of restoring it to stock. I can't realy make up my mind on what I want todo with it. Let see some pic of some 185 or bike's similar to it. looking for Ideas for mine
As of right now, I have started to take off the spray paint on the bike and it is turning out pretty good so far. I'm also working on the air fuel mix on the bike I think it has to do with the intake.
