I've been getting regular updates on that motor from Yeager...that thing is IMMACULATE. You will not be disappointed...to say the least. The '85R mill he rebuilt for me is absolutely amazing.
Don't forget to post on his feedback thread.

HEY! You'd better throw some dirt on that thing so my 350x doesn't look like total junk riding with it!
Dang! If it works half as well as it looks you'll be a happy man!

Progress so far. Still need to run fuel lines, buff the tank, install new sprocket and exhaust. But very good progress today.

Looking good. Curious what you had yaegerb do to the engine. Is it the bad boy he mentioned about being in his shop awhile ago?

Well, today I ordered all the exhaust needed (DG National pipe and silencer) springs and 13 tooth sprocket for the final drive. Called yeagerb to make sure the correct oil is going in the tranny. and polished the fuel tank. another week we'll be starting heat cycles and break in. Things like this take a long time, but tonight I had a beer and sat on it again. Great feeling knowing it's this close.

Do you make engine noises while you're sitting on it? I used to when I was waiting for my Tecate4 engine to get back. I also used to run through the imaginary gears too. Even pulled in the imaginary clutch!

It lives!!!!! Started the heat cycles tonight, called yeagerb and rode it for the first time tonight since november. Still on the third throttle runs, but very happy. At the end of a very long day glad she's together and running. Tomorrow after some ot, going to post final pictures and finish breaking it in. If you need an engine built I'll only recommend one man. Yaegerb.
