I just got my pipe back from powder coating and ordered new copper gaskets and a new graphite gasket on eBay for the 350x but when putting it back together I noticed it was too big? It was missing on mine when I got it so don't know if this is the correct size or wrong one?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170404/bda8f9ed811bb1a5214ae59932176f48.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170404/6da90e2a4edd216829711470f10896b1.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170404/b40bd8d09136fe879ee4363e516eddc7.jpg

What was the part number of the graphite gasket? It should be a Honda 18392-MK4-000. Based on your pics, it definitely looks too big.

Thanks wonderboy I'll go to the dealership in the next couple days and get a actual Honda gasket.

Stock exhaust should have an OEM part# that works....

If the e-bay guy is legit, he should give you a refund.

I just pulled out one of my gaskets from the parts stash.

The ID of the graphite gasket measured about 38.3 mm. The header exit OD measured just slightly an interference fit at 83.4 mm. There definitely shouldn't be any slop. You should be able to get this at the Honda shop for around $10 (less on-line).

Got the same gasket, same problem. I cut a small section out of it (2-3mm?) and it compressed together when installed under the clamp.
