1986 Kawasaki Tecate stock silencer

Can someone tell me what the 3 bolts that go in the bottom of the stock silencer are for??

I'm not sure which ones you are talking about, but they may be for the baffle/insert. You are supposed to take it out now and then and clean it of carbon build up.

if you look under your silencer/muffler you will see 3 holes that are threaded, it shows bolts going into them in the microfische , these are the holes I'm talking about, I can't be the only one that has recognized these, no one seems to know what they are for.

Take them out and find out. I looked at my 85 silencer and only saw the ones the hold in the baffle.
