Sunday's ATC 70 Ride!

We had nice weather on Sunday and took full advantage to take the 70's out for a 2 hour ride which followed the route on the map. The snow pack has remained freakishly low this year but the cold temps we've had since mid December made awesome ice. The sand is clearly visible on the skating trail which can be unnerving to someone who isn't used to it. Except for a leaking petcock filter housing on the 73 which I got fixed before we departed (been sitting since August), the machines ran great.

I'd estimate 10 miles all said and done. We goofed around inside the Marina a bit and did a few hot laps on the skating trail in top gear, sketchy to say the least.

A 70 romp and ice fishing, too. Count me in. Cold Lake, AB looks like a great place for all outdoor activity. You are lucky. How is the fishing there (winter & summer)??

34 hrs? Not bad. Last year my buddy asked me if I wanted to go get some tacos, next thing I know I'm in Toledo Ohio at some taco place! I'm all about road tripping.
