It just started this the other day every time I kick it just covers the plug in gas. It's the stock carb.

Is anything leaking out of the overflow tubes? Do you have spark?

Nothing coming out of the overflow. It has spark

Have you checked to see if it is getting spark?

Or it could be the floats are stuck open and your getting way to much fuel.

It's getting spark. If the floats were stuck wouldn't it be coming out the overflow?

How old is your fuel?

You don't happen to have a cork in the end of your pipe, do you? That's an embarrassing way to flood an engine.

Gas is from last weekend. No cork in the backside lol

Remember, when starting, the Z is only going to provide fuel to the carb in 1/8 oz (?) increments or until the engine stops pulling a vacuum on the fuel pump. It's not like a gravity feed system where it will flood the carb and gas will continuously pour out an overflow tube. In short, you may have a stuck float (or leaking needle valve) and not have gas pouring out the carb. I would service the carb

Fuel pump diaphragm could have perforated as well. Pull the pulse hose off the bottom of the jug and see if fuel is coming out there. If so, time for a fuel pump rebuild.
