250es head interchangability

So the big red I acquired needs a new head, the spark plug hole somehow cracked and is leaking compression, I realized this because after a good cleaning the silicone coving the hole came off, does anyone have an idea on how to repair this or to buy a new head? My next question is what other bikes can I take a head from? Trx250? 250sx? Any other?

the 250sx is the same motor and ebay has a bunch of heads on there for sale in various conditions

The 85-87 250es/trx share the same exact cylinder head. The sx is the same other than it's painted black.

The heilcoil that 350for350 was taking about repairs stripped threads. They can be bought at just about any auto parts store or a machine shop can do the repair for a fee.
