Hey guys not real familiar with the 125m motor, are they noticeably more powerful than a 110? Also is the starter motor setup able to be removed?

Depends on the year. The 84-85 models have the lay down motors like the 110 and the 86-87 models have the upright cylinders more similar to the 185 style of trike. I can only speak for the earlier 125m model, I have 2 110s and a 84 125m and there is no noticeable difference in power between the three. I like the 125 better because of the electric start, but if you want to remove the starter you certainly could... or you could just not use it, it has a pull cord as well. If you took it off you'd want to plug the hole that engages the starter gear, so leaving it on and not using it would be better. Hope this helps

Now that you got me thinkin, I found two brochures for the 84/85 models. The 110 claims 6.5 h.p. And the 125 claims 8.6 h.p.?!? I sure can't feel it that much, but here's the ads...
