200s or m or e or what?

A buddy of mine just picked up a 1981 Honda 200, he said it is an s but it just says 200 on the frame. My question is did they make just a 200?

Yes they did, it says so on the front of my manual, and my friend geoff has a 1982 200

Yup they made just a plain jane 200. I think it was made in 80,81,and 82?

Yes they did. They were made 1980-1983. The difference was the tire size, the 200 had 25's when the S had 22's. I think the 200 is geared lower too.

Here is me on my (I think 82) 200 back in 82 or 83...Does this look anything like the one you are speaking of???

Not to step on toes, but...... Let me clear up some wrong information.

The ATC200 was not made in 1980. They started them in 1981.
The only years for the ATC200 was 1981, 1982, & 1983.

In 1980 Honda made a ATC185. It was the ONLY year for that model.

The 3WW Spex pages will show this also. The Honda models was taken straight from a Honda Identification manual when the Spex Pages were made up some time ago.
