My weekend pickup! 83 and 85 ATC 70

So, after missing out on a decent 1987 Big Red this week. I ran across these two 70s on the Facebook Market place. He was asking $225 and I offered low thinking I didn't want to spend too much on two projects. Well, come to find out it was for both bikes. I know they need work but I've been itching for a project. He also threw in a 1974 ATC 70 motor and a random carb I believe is a cl70 carb.

1983 needs:
A bath
Front fender
Intake
Carb
Air box

1985 needs:
Front fender
Gas tank flushed out
Petcock that doesn't leak
And a good bath.

Yep you stole those two if you got them for around 200. Looks like they both have pull starts on them which can be one the most pricey components to get.

I think you stole those bikes at that price we spent a lot more on our pair of 70's and they were in much worse shape.

I have complete air box, 2 front fenders and intake.

Yes, both pull starts are on the bikes. The one pulls but doesn't spin the motor. I'm thinking the arms that reach out aren't engaging. From what I'm seeing project 70's go for I more confident I got a good deal.
