Pauter Machine used to modify the 90 head by recessing a modified 185 30 mm inlet valve and installing needle rollers on both cam journals in the head. In 1980 I imported two sets of 61mm strokers, 61 mm big bore cylinders with the 13-1 Venolia forged methonal pistons, 28mm modified 750/4 carbs, hd clutches, straight thru exhausts etc, Bandito frames, oil coolers and cdi conversions. Ran as fast as the new 250r when they came out.

Ok ill keep a look out on ebay. What mods can i do to get more power? I had an atc70 with a trx90 motor running a 114cc big bore kit and that thing was unstoppable. Just wondering what i can do to get this atc90 moving like that?

Gearing, bigger intake, bigger exhaust, bigger carb, cams, pistons, wheels/tires, front suspension, weight reduction (including rider), valves, porting, oil cooling, aftermarket frames, and whatever else you can dream up.
If you are looking for specific old school hop up parts check out some of the old threads here. Joseph Farrow didn't you have a thread going? I forget the title though.
