Hey guys, did any manufacturer ever make an anti fade nut, (not OEM), for the 83 thru 85 200X rear axle??
I've searched around on the NET, but found nothing.
I'm building 2 new trikes; A new 200X with a built new take out motor and a gusseted frame, as well as a built 350X take out motor and a gusseted frame.
This is all in preparation for the NEEDT series this spring.
I'm already the lightest I've been in 10 years; No more screwing around for this guy!!
Thanks for any help....

if you can find one from an 83-84 250r it should fit. They have the same size axle lock nut.

what you need is posi lock nut...anti-fades are a mid 90's way to making the rotor hubs and lock nut 1 peice...a design i hate.
350x using 300ex posi lock nut. I am sure 200x will use a banshee one.

I don't care for this type: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Durablue-Posi-Lock-Axle-Nut-For-Yamaha-Banshee-Blaster-/231438366536?hash=item35e2cd3748:g:G6sAAOSw8-tWUAf8&vxp=mtr
This one should work well: http://www.ebay.com/itm/DURABLUE-POSI-LOCK-AXLE-NUT-HONDA-TRX-300-400-EX-X-450R-201628-DB201628-/331761018745?hash=item4d3e7f6779:g:-KAAAOSwpRRWo1fQ&vxp=mtr
I'll spy around ; I'd like to find one that holds the rotor as well, but maybe it was never made....

The aluminum ones do not work very well. I had the last stype on my banshee and it came loose evey ride. The side pinch bolt was the orginal kind and it locks in both directions, just just pinches the threads in same direction harder.
Electrical tape them also...stuff stays clean.

That sucks.
I'll just drill the nut and put in an 8-32 or 6-32 set screw. Worked last time....
