250SX Rear Brake Light?

I was wondering if the rear brake light gets brighter when you use the rear brakes or does it just give a single brightness when the lights are on? I was looking at the wiring diagram and doesn't look to get brighter using only two wires.

Perfect. Thanks for that. I am having an issue trying to source the whole light with an actual good red lense. Was looking at other options and fabricating a mount for it.

Sx back lights for some reason can be hard to find complete, and in good shape.
An alternative is an 200X light. Im running on on one of my Sx's. Mounts up the same as the factory Sx light with no issues. And X lights are a lot easier to find.

There hundreds of led tail lights availabe in as many different configurations.
I switch my 2 wire light to 3 wire and added a brake light switch on my 300ex trike conversion.
Perhaps this will give you more ideas/options ?

Yeah, like jeswinehart said, there is other options other than an X light. I just like the factory styled lights.

Can you measure across your bolting area? Mine seems very wide on my rear rack. Unless those X lights are super wide.

No worries. I just didn't know that the 200X light was the same width as a 250SX light. Yes, worked out perfect.
