250SX Need help centering front wheel

Followed the manual on tightening the axle and then tightening the 4 bolts to hold the axle down. Not sure how to center the wheel. You can see it sits too close to the left fork almost rubbing it. Washers on the left side of the axle maybe?

Is your front setup all OEM?

brake drum holds you out on the driver's side, there is a spacer on the passenger's side. looks like you have a bent fork tube. loosen the pinch bolts in the neck and spin the tubes. see if your spacing gets better/worse.

Yes, this is exactly how it is set up. Not sure why it's not centered then.
