Still having shifting issues, need a hand w/ 200M

I've been trying to figure out for awhile whats going on with this 85' 200M. It shifts into nuetral and 1st just fine, but won't go past first. If I take off the clutch cover, it seems to engage through the gears? But if I try different clutch adjustments, no matter what it will not wan't to shift passed first, unless it is set extremely loose, and then if I bang on the shifter a bunch rapidly, it will shift into 2nd.

Any idea what I need to look for? Everything's assembled correctly from what I can see.

Finally figured it out. Return sping? Whichever spring was on the shifter shaft, slipped off and was hanging towards the bottom of the case.
