Made another trip to pick up this 1985 Honda 350X. Gentleman I bought it from had had it since 1989(he purchased from the original owner). Looks mostly all original and untouched(hasn't been cleaned since maybe the 90's) except for the Hallman handlebars that I can see. Runs great, a biznizzle to kick. Needs a few things here and there to make it right but that is the fun in it. Here are few pictures I took today.

Nice score! New fork boots would make a huge difference!

Very nice. How far did you have to drive to get it?

Looks like a great platform.

Agreed! The trip was great. It had great scenery and I didn't see a cop the whole time.

here are a few pictures I took of the front brake reservoir as I was getting back up to par. I should have taken a picture before I started cleaning it, it was pretty nasty inside. The rear reservoir was dry. I changed the oil and oil filter and am working on the fork rebuild at the moment. I picked up new rear tires and will have those on mid week, as well new grips, new dipstick o ring, decompression cable and a new NGK spark plug that took care of my difficult starting issues. O and alot of elbow grease!!!!!

The little red pieces are from the shop rag.

hey guys, I just wanted to post a few updated pictures of the 350x. The front forks are rebuilt with new oem boots as well as a new chain, front and rear sprockets, Kenda Knarly XC for the rear, a repop brake hose guide, Moose Lock-On grips. All I have left to do is add the new decompression cable. It fires first kick without it so I have it on the back burner. The last picture I put some tire shine on the new tires.
