Placed a online order there approximately week and a half ago. Figured should have gotten a email confirmation that package shipped by now and nothing, tried calling the 800 number and its not in service. Click the "about us" link on the left side of their web page and it brings it to a generic honda site. Tried the long distance number on their facebook site and no answer, but that was Friday afternoon 4:00 central time and again Saturday morning 8:30 central.

Wonder if its more issues than just the site, call the 800 number and its disconnected, and no one answers the long distance number. Sent a email over the weekend to just about every one on the contact us page and no reply yet

That's not good , I stopped useing them a couple years ago because of bad service and inflated shipping cost .
I order a lot from partzilla.com and the very few issues that I have had with them were resolved very quickly.

Shipping was free if over $199, not too hard to meet that goal with OEM honda parts. Did some investigating... called the gas station across the street (thanks google street view) and she said it looks pretty quiet around there. Also put a ad on craigslist in the chicago area which is real close to where servicehonda is. Couple guys replied, one said he heard they are going out of business, the other said he just drove by and there was sales banners in the window. Still got my hopes up that the order went through and is on its way, just didn't make it through the email confirmation stage.

Service Honda takes 10 days to my door. I'm fine with that.
If you place a small parts order (not fenders), call them and they will drop the shipping cost.
Rocky Mountain is quite a bit more $$ than Partzilla or Service Honda. Shop around....
