200x 84 CDI box, which to buy?
I know there is a million of them out there on ebay, just thought id ask, which ones are suited or adapatable on the X.
1st problem i find is the sizing of the unit and plug, no biggy, this i can adapt too, make new rubber mounting if it wont fit the original rubber and mounting post, and the round plug [which mine has] is not as common as the 4-2 plug arrangement.
But the bigger issue is the functioning of the unit, Its an AC system on the X, Not all ebay types are AC and ive read that most of them have an electronic advance built in, which fights with the mechanical advance system, and can cause issues,
Can anyone point me to a correct CDI unit? thankx
