A few weeks ago i posted about a flickering problem i had with my leds hooked directly to my stock headlight harness, in that thread i ask about adding a capacitor to help the problem, and was advised to convert to dc and use a regulator/ rectifier. The install is finished and works to satisfaction, although the time invested was vastly more than expected. All connections were soldier and heat shrinked and electrical tape in some places. Black plastic loom was used over wire for a neater appearance. In all my research on the mod i could find no pictures of the installs and this is mainly why i'm posting this thread. Positive comments and advice is more than welcome, just trying to help anybody thinking of going this route.

Looks good to me. Holy crap! I have those exact two lights and those are crazy bright without the light bar! You'll blind your trail buddies haha

Plevib,
Thanks for the comment you definitely lead me in the right direction on the last thread. I haven't got to see them in the dark yet, but im hoping you are right on the brightness.

Tried them out tonight and its absolutely amazing compared to AC I'm sold! And thank you, I enjoyed watching your build, After 12 years of wanting an R I finally got it and love it. It's just my opinion, but I've ridden them all, the Xs and 1st and 2nd gen 250r, and I like this one the best. Although I bet a 500 4 stroke is pretty fun too.
