Try using vice grips or maybe file out two flat spots onto the edge of the bolts head and use a spanner.........

Slot it with a Dremel, and use a screwdriver to back it out.

You may have a similar style mounting as my 250SX head does. Those allens are TIGHT!! And there is almost no room for anything to get in there and slot it or grind the head off.
When this happens to me I usually grab the next size up standard allen wrench and using a bench grinder I will grind it down until I can smash it into the bolt real tight and that gets them out.
Once it's stripped the correct size allen is useless. Grab a set of good allens and a new bolt.
Good luck.

Depending on the size of allen it is, You may be able to hammer a torx bit in it and it old to remove it. That is what I always due. The torx bit points will catch in the old corners of the allen head. It usually works.

well, this is what i normally do . if you can get a drill on it, drill thr head off the allen bolt, then take whatever it is that it hold on, by remoing the haed, you take the pressure off the shank. I usually just comes out with your fingers. if not, us vice grips. if you can't get a drill in there, use a 12 pt key(or torx) and drive it in. often you can also drive a bolt into it, then double nut it and remove it that way(like a stud). worst case, have someone tig weld the allen key into it, it will come out then
