I bought these a couple weeks ago.Ran them at the last tt race on the 200x worked great. They are lawn mower tires.About $36 apiece. They resemble a race tire from back in the day.Armstrong z treads.233137233137233138

I bet they have a stiffer sidewall than the D20 compound Hoosiers; I'm finding here's too much flex in the Hoosiers even at 16"s on an 8" rim; Especially at lower pressures...

Good call!!

The brand is Deestone .These are 18x9.50x8 They do have stiff sidewalls.Alot of guys are switching to mower tires because of the track conditions .It get dry because of the hot weather.

The Deestone's are great tires. I have a few sets of them on built 90's. I've been using them for about 3 years now. I believe the model number is #366, and #374 in a 18x9.50x8 . 233141

They have a very stiff sidewall. They are a good all around tire. Hoosier makes a 15" tire too.

I'm not sure if that 15" tire is available in the D20 compound?

Jason Hall has been talking with Hoosier to get a harder compound for running in the blue groove.

I'm gonna see what they come up with

The new Hoosier tire should be out for Pine Lake. It's a 16x8.5x8 in a D50 compound. That tire you have Atc300r is a good design for loose tracks, it should have more traction than the High runs that ATV on Demand did their article about.

The 15" is available in D20 .
