As always i have more 84 250R questions. I was wondering if the 84 250R forks will fit on 1985-86 hub and wheel. and will 84 brakes fit on that same set up. And Will a whole 1985-86 front end (tripple tree, forks, wheel) fit on a 1984 frame. Baisicly what it comes down to is that im restoring an 84 but i dont mind making it not completly original and i need the best way to do the front end with parts that i can get, and have. thanks you guys are an awsome help.

i am not real sure about interchangability.............i know the forks for 84 are smaller diameter than 85-86....i do know that the tripples from 84 will fit an 85 frame(i did this ) as far as the brakes go i dont think it will work....my 85 brakes would not mount on 84 forks......good luck
ps...do you need a set of 84 forks and tripple tree,,,,because i have a set .. pm me

My guess is that a complete front end swap would work. They seem to be pretty interchangeable. Like the 250SX can run stock, 200X, 350X, and I think 250R front ends.
