Let me start off by saying I'm gonna take the carb apart one more time and clean it once more. I searched and read a lot of threads about what my "flooding" issue could be "clean, clean, clean". So here it goes: KLT 160 will not stay running due to flooding out condition. Thinking it's more than likely the valve seat which is no longer available. No rebuild kits, nothing nada. So the question is where do I start to try to find a "replacement" from another machine that will be close to plug and play? Details please [emoji846]

That carb looks exactly like a Yamaha YTM 200/225 carb. If I'm right Rocky Mountain ATV has your needle valve and seat if you want to risk $20 bucks to see if I'm right. Go to the OEM section, Yamaha, ATV, 1984 YTM200, Carb

Just curious why you think it will work? Are you just going off the drawing?
What does the #1.5 represent? The Klt 185 takes a #1.6. (Unavailable as well)

I'm thinking of maybe measuring the both sides diameter and see if there is another carb that would work? My problem is I wouldn't even know where to start as far as compatibility and I know zero about jetting [emoji849]
