My buds is back from University (daughter) and we wasted no time in taking the 70's out. It was a hot day and the leaves are just starting to come out. And no mosquitos yet, thank god! Some of you may remember a post about the train trestle on the Iron Horse Trail being burnt by some d-bags a few years back. Well it's re-built and better than ever, woot! All in all a great day with some quality time thrown in! Surprisingly they were able to use some of the burnt uprights in the re-construction as you can see in the lower section of the new part. Must not have been too bad.

Looks like an incredible ride! Beautiful scenery too. Perfect little machines for that ride. Thanks for the pics!

I was reliving the whole 80's moment till the photo of her texting came up: "Bann cell phones, not trikes!" (I wish)

Hello Pete - hope all is well with you and your family.

Your atc70s' are looking awesome. You have some beautiful riding territory there. How far is it from your house?? Looks like you had a great day out riding around on the 70s' with your daughter. Memories being made and that is what it is all about.

P.S. I am making a 4 hour one way trip in the near future to look at (hopefully buy) a one owner '85 ATC70. The pictures that were sent to me were nice - very clean unit.

Regards. BK3

Blair, will you be heading this way for the 70 by chance? If so, feel free to drop in!

Hello Pete.

Thanks for the invite. Unfortunately - the potential new purchase atc70 will taking me in the direction of east. Would have been cool - taking our 70s' for a tour of the Iron Horse Bridge. With today being Sunday - hopefully you can get out again for another ride with your "bud".

Also hope there are no fires in your area. Thoughts and prayers to all the Fort McMurray, Alberta residents.

Take care - stay safe.
