So... installed the new piston and cam and bike started right up first tug using Honda's "high altitude" jetting specifications: 90 Main jet/38 Pilot/First clip on needle. (This was the setting that ran best before rebuild, mocha colored plug)

Also added to the mix a fresh tank of gas, new plug, fresh oil, soaked the carb, new air filter, new petcock and adjusted valves. (Stock pipe and airbox for now)

I rode the bike somewhat gently for the break in period about 5 times, at around 15 minutes warm up time each ride with a complete cool down in between. (24hr)

Bike sat for three days and now will barely stay running with choke on....? (Could the rings having seated maybe changed things?)

I cleaned carb with compressed air, carb cleaner and guitar strings, 10 times over. Installed a 100 Main/42 Pilot/Needle middle clip and checked valve clearance. Bike now has high idle with choke on and stalls out with choke off.

Is it possible that I could need a main jet as big as a 115 with the piston and cam upgrade at high elevation...? (6000-10000'ft) I was under the impression with a stock pipe and air filter at this elevation the jetting would not change drastically with new piston and cam...? Perhaps I am way off here...?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

*FIXED! Figures.... BRAND NEW PETCOCK FROM EBAY WAS FAULTY.... GRRRRRR...*.
