I spend some time micing and specing and looking up Part numbers to match the specs I took off the 350X oil seal kit I am using to rebuild one of the 350X engines. The idea is to see if I can get a kit together of top quality seals for us to build kits with and sell them in the store here. Would anyone else be interested in these kits?

Wanting to see what support I can get before I continue. I have a seal company here locally that does only Japanese and European brand seals so they are only high grade not that cheapo china crap. Before I waste their time, I wanted to make sure others were interested. I know there are kits on ebay, but some of the seals are china. These will be only top quality stuff so you can be certain the are as good or better than true Honda seals. I am even going to talk to them on possible upgrades in material quality for some of the seals that are common to go out, like the output shaft seal and shifter shaft seals that would keep them from leaking and last much longer.

Sounds like a great idea! I would recommend a full kit but also offer smaller kits like just the clutch side or the flywheel side separately. Also just an o-ring kit for the oil cooler lines would be helpful. I went through this just last week on my 350x.

I spent a small fortune on OEM seals on my last 350x rebuild. I am definitely interested in what you can come up with, and would be in for 3 sets.

Thanks for checking into this!

Not to step on toes, and they are chinese. But J&M Supply in Tennesee has complete seal kits for $35. I have used them for 25+ years with good luck. They are dealer only, but I can get anyone as many as they want. Just another option :)

I'm doing a full rebuild on my '85 350X and could use a line on everything. Gaskets, seals, bearings, etc. Anyone got the hookup?

I found a couple of places on eBay that offer complete kits. I have not had time lately to do much to get this done.
Bikerchick seller on eBay had complete seal kits and complete engine rebuild gasket sets.

Hey Oscar, did anything ever come of this? It's time for me...

Harwal seals out of Vermont has dual lipped, rubber coated seals. I buy them thru Eastern Bearings or other vendors.

If you have the sizes, they're worth looking into. I buy 3 to 5 of each so I'm always stocked.....
