yep. Accessory adapter. Hondaline sold a spotlight and something else.

Been doing some research about then and alot of people replace the adapter with regular cigarette lighter car adapters

YUP! it is a 12V connection so they can charge their phones, run modern accessories even run an AC adapter and run something cool.
