According to this diagram, I would think you ARE missing a bearing.

You have 2 very nice dust seals, but only 1 bearing.

Your ebay seller has an extra bearing in his inventory

Okay, finally got the axle out. F'ed up the hub nut treads but what ever. Before I took the axle out, the differential would wobble. Now that it is out. The sleeve that the axle goes goes in, it doesn't have any play or wobble...is this normal?

? Yea sure looks that way where did it come from? Bikebandit has some good exploded views to help see what's missing or where it goes

Usually you only have to replace the bearing in the brake drum cover, as it is just a sealed bearing, and doesn't run in oil. So I know the way All-Balls does it, is that you can get the "rear wheel bearing kit" that comes with the drum cover bearing, and inner and outer brake seals. Then they also offer the "diff bearing kit" that has all the bearings and seals to rebuild the diff.

Yes I finally figured it out. It goes inside the brake drum and then the piece of metal I posted goes on after the brake drum cover, then the dust cover on. I noticed there was play in the axle until I put the dust cover in ( even though the bearing was in the brake drum cover). When the dust cover was in it still had a tiny bit of play. The play in the axle was eliminated when I tightened the 2 axle nuts. Problem solved
