You have to watch that paint stripper ;) It likes to melt plastic.

Graphity? remover works real good to. You put it on like car wax and wait a bit then rub it and the spray paint off.

MEK, Methyl Eythel ketone.
However if there were scratches your gonna have a bugger of a time getting it all off.

If its real brittle paint try using a rubber mallet. a couple good wacks and the stuff with just cracks off. I had a tecate fender I did that to after messing with it for an hour.

Try taking razor blades to it.I know that sounds weird but it works. It just takes awhile but is 10 times as fast as sanding. The only thing is, the blades can get dull very fast, so if you don't notice, it can get tetious, but make sure you get the kind of blades with 90 degree ends on them or you can't get the corners very easily.

I use a mouse sander, and plastic renew so it isn't all dull. The electric sander works wonders on the rides around here, because the people I bought them from liked to spray paint,ALOT :D .

If you go to Napa they have some Water Rinsable Paint Stripper. This is what a friend and I used on some 400ex fenders. Takes a while to get it all off but it doesnt hurt the plastic like other paint strippers.

Brake fluid will take it off without harming the plastic. I've never done it myself, so I don't know how fast it works. You could try a small spot to see if it's feasible.

The paint stripper from KMart works well, especially if followed by a pressure washer. When my TRX250 was stolen I had the pleasure of removing all the paint the jerks used on it. Be aware too, though, that stuff takes vinyl decals and stickers right off!
Ive used 3 different kinds of it, and never had a problem with it attacking the plastic, and I left it on a long time before spraying it off.
