For the piston to work I know I will have to bore it, but what piston and cam combo will work?

Weather a plated cylinder or an iron bore; we fit the pistons with nearly the same skirt clearance. For iron bore only an additional +.0005”. The specified clearance on a Wiesco box says nothing about differences between iron & plated cylinder bores.

I think you will find the T Bolt stuff is based on the ATC70 cylinder and will not ft the ATC90. They are a completely different engine design.

They have different patterns that was why I said he needed to talk to Vince. Not shop on his own.
