it is an 86, it was a tt/flat tracker. i got this along with spares, 86 kx250 motor, bassani pipe, vented lid(jp), hoosiers on mitchels, 3 # plates, stock headlight, 40mm carb, several sets of plastics(ufo shrouds!!!) so now i can repro the right shroud. also note the ulra rare steering stabilzer and the holy grail of tecates....calfab (i think it is +3)

Sooooo does this mean that we will see you do some flattracking wiht us on the ice this winter? Everyone was out this weekend. I couldn't make it. Some of us will be out next Saturday and the whole next weekend.

Ultra rare steering stabilizer? i got one of those too....its a ram steering stabilizer...makes a world of difference!

Hey, NickG do you have any idea what kind of silencer is on your tecate? My 250r has the same ATV sticker on it, and nobody seams to know .

looks like my cobra silencer.

although this silencer looks exactly like my old DG silencer. so they might have been made by the same company and sold with different names.

the rear fenders have been modded to be a quick removing setup, the tank is stock, the fenders are just not on all the way. this has a clipped steering head and lower triple as well, this is good news for everyone, cause as soon as it gets to my house, i have a near new shroud for the molds.........(now the problem is which to do, oem or ufo?) hey jeb, i have a line on a pair of tigers close to you for really cheap(less than this) a 250 and a 500. just waiting on the details

Nick, great find on the T3. Let me know if you would like to sell the JP lid, Bassani exhaust, steering stabilizer and the 40mm carb. ;) If you are definitly going to make the right rad shrouds Ill be interested so just let me know.

You've got to copy the factory shroud as close a possible. The UFO's had a different look to them.

actually, i am gonna go against the breed, whatever i don't need, i am gonna sell. I hate when people hoard parts so i am making sure i practice what i preach. only thing that sucks is that i did not get a stock silencer...but i did get a t4 silencer that can be slighty altered to be the same as the t3(muffler is basicly the same, just need to shorten the pipe)

hey jeb, that is why i am gonna use the guys i talked to you about, their stuff has really improve in the last year, wouldn't you think? i could go cheaper buy what is in that name>?(alot i think)
